Property is comfortable, clean & very well situated for the things we wanted to see & do.
Easy walking distance to the theatre district, the magnificent mile, the river and river walks, the Willis Tower and lots of restaurants to choose from too. The Emerald Loop, just over the road, was good for burgers and beer!

Breakfast room was great and on the same floor as our room which was really handy. The staff in the breakfast room were excellent, very friendly and welcoming really brightened up the morning everyday. The breakfast was good especially the pancakes. The bed was large and very comfy, there was lots of space in the room. Location was ok near Willis Tower in a quiet area but some nice bars/restaurants close by.

Location very good 5/6 minute walk away from the Willis Tower ( The Ledge ) . Subway the ' L' on your door step, Union Station 5/6 minute away .staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and spacious room .Elephant and Castle sports bar next door lovely food friendly staff.

as locations go close to all but not near anything, it was like 1 mile to any major destination say Navy Pier, Willis Tower, Museums further.
breakfast good, and kids loved a pool on site. but value for money is V good.

Great apartment in the city with a comfortable bed, sofa, etc and the kitchen was very useful to us. Location wise it was perfect for the river taxi and lunch spots such as Willis Tower, etc. Luggage room very handy on check out day and free.

It's about Location, we were lucky , if you like walking then I would say everything was in walking distance. Restaurants and cafeterias were literally around the corner. My first time in Chicago, the hotel provided all we needed since we were out most of the day. Safe location which is very important. The hotel is next to the Willis tower, a short walk to the lake and my favorite restaurant located below level of the Willis Tower was the Cheesecake Factory. Round the corner all the shops , malls and food places.
