BoliviaThe hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast and afternoon snacks were very good. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, very close to Universal and several fast food restaurants. The assistant manager (Philipp) was exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything. Will definitely return on our next trip!

One of the best parts of Universal parks. The experience is fantastic. It is balanced with just the right amount of rides stores eaters and experiences. It’s truly a magical world and the Ambience is fantastic. You forget that your in a theme park. Hagrids motorbike is worth the wait time. The cue outside is hot just bring drinks. The other ride cues are so impressive and if u don’t want to ride there are exit points but just to experience the Harry Potter world walk thru the cues with your family. Best sit down foods in the park and sweets and treats a must. And Gringotts ride is one of the best rides in all the parks at Universal and DisGuest review byAnonymousUnited States
