We enjoyed the short stroll to dinner at the Marina restaurant and a morning stroll to the Odd Birds Cafe for a great breakfast sandwich. The location was perfect for visiting beaches and historic district. The harbor was beautiful. Simone at the front desk was super welcoming.

Short drive to Vilano beach every morning. Lots of places to
have breakfast/lunch on St George St which is only a short walk.

Our room was very clean, small frig, microwave and coffee maker included. Beds were comfortable and loved the balcony with Vilano Beach view and short walk across the parking lot to get to it. Vilano PIer just a short drive as was the Boardwalk. Publix and diners near by and St. Augustine just across the bridge! This was my 2nd stay and probably will have a 3rd.

Comfortable room in a great location. Vilano Beach is beautiful. Wild weather prior to our visit churned up the ocean. A spectacular sight on our arrival and an evening walk. Easy to walk to cafe and restaurants.

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and attractive dining room, pool and bedrooms. Close to Vilano Beach and Downtown historic St. Augustine, especially the Great Cross. Elevators were smartly configured so they didn't back-up. Comfortable beds and nice new furniture too.

There are many things to like about Villa 1565 not the least of which is breakfast and spacious showers with awesome water pressure and hot water, great for getting that Vilano Beach sand out one’s cracks and crevices. Friendly, helpful staff. Super family oriented. And beneath the expanse of the Senator is a great place to make new friends.

Location was walking distance to Vilano Beach. They Front Desk had Carts with Beach Chairs and Beach Umbrellas to sign out for use at no additional charge. The Hot Breakfast was good. Breakfast Staff was friendly and helpful and kept replenishing the hot foods and brought around fruit cups. Parking outside the building was easy. Publix Supermarket was just across the parking lot for easy access and there was a restaurant next to Publix for Lunch or Dinner.
