VietnamThe staff here are exceptionally friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and look after you so well.
The buffet breakfast is amazing and so much choice. We also availed of the afternoon tea daily, where we got to try authentic local food. And they even provided some entertainment with musians playing live music.
We throughly enjoyed our time here. So close to center of everything and would highly recommend a stay here.

SloveniaThe place is beautiful, the design is wonderful, room was big and well set out. Hot tub on the balcony was a great bonus. Non alcoholic drinks in the minibar are complimentary, there is coffee and tea and complimentary mineral water and fruits. The staff is very welcoming, they provide help with everything. Restaurant had great service and food. Loved the high tea (complimentary). We used pool daily and also used the spa facilities and everything was great. From the booking process and communication, from arrival onwards this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean, comfy bed, had netflix, little balcony, fresh towel with extra supplied, loads of toilet paper supplied so didn't need to ask for more as we're staying several days, location on quiet alley but close to a few coffee shops and grocery stores. Could easily get a grab to busier location e.g saigon centre was only 5 mins on a grab.

This hotel's location is rather near Saigon Centre & District 1 shopping, so it was quite accessible via walking or grab bike. There is complimentary drinks and washing machine, dryer for laundry. Overall, the facilities and surroundings were decent.

Fusion Original Saigon Centre features a stylish and unique design, with a beautiful view of the Bitexco Financial Tower right outside the window. Having Takashimaya downstairs makes everything incredibly convenient. Although I noticed some dust in several areas that could be improved, the hotel still kindly arranged a small anniversary setup for us despite my last-minute request, which added a warm and pleasant touch to our stay.
