IsraelThe staff helped us book trains, and halong bay cruise, and recommended us good places to visit. There was construction in the lobby of the hotel, and they told us about it in advance, and got us a better room because of the mess in the lobby. Really recommend this hotel

The bed was very comfortable and the space was nice and clean. The breakfast selection was small but there was enough variety to choose from. The staff are lovely and very helpful. It is a nice walk from the Train Street if you don’t mind dealing with millions of scooters. First you stop at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and from there you have 15 minutes to get to the lake. You will walk through the very nice neighborhoods where most embassies seem to be located.
