I liked all the nature around and that the staff was always there to solve our needs (to store our luggage, guide us to get to the place and explain all the experiences that can be lived around) and the breakfast was unbelievably. The bathrooms are impeccable, with towels, toilet paper and each shower is equipped with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Quetzal Dorado Eco-Lodge by Mareygua is located in Los Naranjos, only 1.5 km away from the entrance of Tayrona National Park in El Zaino. The location of Quetzal Dorado is 17min walking distance from the Zaino Tayrona Entrance, or you can take a bus for 3k pesos (0.67Eur) We have breakfast included, and they were amazing as well as the full staff at the location, which service was top top. The Lodge itself was cleaned at all times. The room was well equipped for a relaxing experience. At dinner, you can have a panoramic view of the park while enjoying the meal. It's a beautiful accommodations surrounded by nature! The room is your own haven with screened walls on some walls for a bug-free immersion into the forest. Very light/clean/airy! The night insects whistle at night, and you wake to the birds in the morning! The grounds are stunning and immaculate! They have lovely cats & dogs happily enjoying the property with you! Especially Mateo!:: ... They have the best customer service, handling all your needs, and they speak English and Spanish which can be a big plus for travelers! They sent their dogs with me for the back roads hike to beautiful waterfalls! The dogs led the way (pic attached!). Then when I came back, I tracked mud all over my floor. Carmen instantly arrived with a mop and cleaned my floor! Then I had a perfectly clean room again! 👍 .... I fell in love with Trompito, and the staff here mentioned a nice apartment down the road, which ended up being perfect for me, and now I will be neighbors to this lovely accommodations that offers you a unique and complete experience of a lifetime!

She really helped us with literally everything and went above and beyond. She arrange transport, boat trips for us and also recommended restaurants - both of which were AMAZING. She is really friendly and welcoming.

This is a beautiful house with outstanding Mountain Views. You can see the dedication of the owner on every detail. It has everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. Premium mattress and linens, hot water, tasteful decorations and lots of small details. Yuca restaurant is a few steps away and we enjoyed great breakfast and dinners. Tayrona Park is 10 minutes walking distance.

The Finca was amazing! Surrounded by beautiful nature, oceanview, nicely decorated and super clean. The atmosphere by the pool was very relaxing and we got offered nice drinks and snacks. Fiona and Helmut were the best hosts! Super friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcomed! The breakfast was always amazing and also even though they don’t have an official restaurant, they cooked us some very delicious meals every night! We cannot thank them enough for one of the best experiences we ever had!

Fantastic hotel a short drive from El Zaino entrance to Tayrona Park (we also walked to the entrance one day which isn't too far but it is on a busy road). The rooms are great and have an incredible view of the mountains. We saw Squirrel Monkeys on our balcony while relaxing in the hammocks. The room also had its own jacuzzi/cold plunge pool. Really refreshing after a hot day hiking. The food from the restaurant was also great. The hotel also has two amazing dogs and an incredible cat!
