Boasting an outdoor pool and a hot tub, La Finca Lodge is located in Fortuna, 35 km from La Fortuna Waterfall. Complimentary WiFi is available. There was not one bad thing about this lodge. A hidden gem. Service, food, lodging was top notch. Definitely recommend.

Had an awesome visit! There are SO many great sodas and places to eat at in town, we didn't necessarily want to pay for included breakfast. The kitchenette was perfect, and we could re-heat leftovers etc, but it really felt more like staying at our own place. We hardly saw another person (staff or guests, but we know they were there!) the whole time, and it was so peaceful. Staff was very responsive to questions via Whatsapp, and the instructions for getting in and out of the gate/ parking area/ keys etc were very clear.

If you what to try to live in a place surrounded by beautiful nature then this is the place for you. The hosts were so nice and happy to help with what ever you needed. The facilities were very great and clean. A big recommendation from here.

Quinta Esencia features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Alajuela City, 13 km from Poas National Park. Everything you need on the most beautiful location. It’s clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Highly recommendable, I would surely be staying here again sometime

Finca Amistad Cacao Lodge býður upp á 60 hektara af Cocoa-bóndabæ og gestir geta farið í skoðunarferðir, súkkulaðiferðir og fuglaskoðun. Gistirýmið er með setusvæði. We absolutely loved our stay at the property! The location was great, very peaceful surroundings and the cottages were very charming and comfortable! The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and the cocoa plantation tour was definitely a plus!! 100% recommended and we’re hoping to come back soon!

Rincón Verde was possibly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed in. The gardens that surround the cabins are beautiful and full of birds. Everyday you are woken by the song of dozens of birds and you fall asleep to the calls of the frogs. It’s a little bit of paradise. The hosts, Victor and Lizabet are wonderfully welcoming and the breakfasts are delicious. The cabins are quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean.
