Situated on a ridge above the village, Aranka Tempasan offers wonderful views of Mount Rinjani in the background. Reached via a macadam path, it feels like you've entered another world when you arrive. There are also various activities on offer with a local guide. We visited an authentic local village and took a trip into the nearby jungle to see the waterfalls. We also took a painting course. The owner, Berry, is very warm-hearted and has a great sense of how to run the business. Together with the very kind staff, he runs the business as a community. Needless to say, the food is delicious, too. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax in nature and experience the local way of life.

I can’t recommend this place enough! We booked 3 nights and stayed 6, because we just didn’t want to leave this place especially because of the owner Anya. He made our stay very special. We did a little day tour with him around tetebatu, drank lots of coffee together and had good conversations. The homestay itself was great. Very clean & good smelling. Hot shower with perfect shower jet! Comfy bed, nice pillows and clean bed sheets. Little terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view into the green. Breakfast was good and they also offer food the whole day which was amaaaazing! We ended up eating everyday lunch & dinner there :) The location was wonderful. In the middle of the green, perfect for sunrise and sunset walks. Very quiet, better than staying in town. You will need a scooter but that’s everywhere around Tetebatu. He organized us scooters and transports to Gilis afterwards.

The rooms are big and clean with 2x2m beds. We were sleeping 2 adults and 1 5 years-old kid. The hotel is very quiet with a nice pool practically for you as there are only 6 rooms. The kitchen serves excellent quality food all the day: breakfast, lunch, dinner. We tasted 80% of the plates and they were delicious!! Better than going to Kuta. It's near Kuta but you will need a transport. The are no Grab cars in the area but there's a private driver living near the hotel called Han, really recommended!! Just ask for him in the reception.

The location and the views, the owners are very kind people, they helped me with the transport there. The food is nice and they have also dinner options, WiFi works well in the common areas, clean and well maintained.

Kelapa Lodge - Lombok - se nachází v destinaci Senggigi a má restauraci, pokojovou službu, bar, zahradu, celoročně otevřený venkovní bazén, slunnou terasu a výhled na bazén. Lovely place, I felt really at home. Beautiful cottage, clean and tasteful design. I wasn't feeling well and it was the best place to recover. Kelapa Lodge is safe and welcoming. A classic wooden art house, and truly a valuable place to stay. Beautiful view of the rice fields and mountains. Staff are friendly and helpful. Laundry is available on-site, and breakfast is included. Air conditioning works well. Rooms are large, an entire floor to yourself. Relaxing chair or a table with chairs. Location is great, and strategically placed.
