Daniel was super on top of things. From the get go we knew what was going to happen. All of them accommodated translation in both English and Spanish. Took their time and we made it!!! This was a very doable experience., I never did a Via Ferrata nor Ziplining nor an extreme sport before and I was very proud. My partner was his first time too, but he is more fit then I am. The facilities were clean, comfy, cozy. SkyLodge was the best bed we had slept in, from our entire Peru trip and that says quite a lot. All instructions were easy to understand and we felt extremely safe all the way. We had the highest pod and had no issue moving between our and the dining pod, even in the dark! There was wind blowing, however nothing too drastic shaking the pod, as some reviews stated(and we did have very strong winds that night- it rained that night) not too much noise as some reviewers experienced from below traffic or the train and only some lights from the towns below but nothing too bad (close the curtains on that side if ur bothered) The food was great, we felt like VIP's and all were truly genuine in their service and hospitality. From our hotel pick up to our drop off (we had a massage appointment to make in Cusco that afternoon) they went out of their way to accommodate us and make the experience one out of this world♥️. My stay at Starlodge was one of the most magnificent and memorable experiences. The food was amazing, adding a delightful touch to the exceptional stay. Our host Bryan provided excellent hospitality, making our stay truly exceptional. His warm and attentive service added a personal touch, ensuring we felt welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. Bryan's dedication greatly contributed to the overall positive experience.

The beautiful house offers a large common room with comfortable sofas and a wonderful view of the large garden and surrounding mountains. The stylishly furnished room (free upgrade) was very spacious and had a large bathroom and a comfortable sofa. I slept very well in the large bed. The host prepared a very rich and fresh breakfast tailored to individual preferences. The host was also helpful in organising activities in the area and gave some tips. Casafranca was by far the best accommodation of my entire trip through Peru. Highly recommended.

Explora in the Sacred Valley of the Incas was designed as a headquarter from where to explore a remote and great destination: Cusco, Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Incredible hotel nestled deep in the heart of Sacred Valley. Everything was top notch, including the explorations and gastronomy. Each meal was perfect and we loved learning about the ingredients from our wait staff. We had a lovely Pachamanca dinner on the final night and got to meet chef Manuel. All the staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our days doing small explorations and resting in our beautiful lodge. This was a perfect place to chill after all the traveling we did in Peru - thank you team Explora... we will be back!
