The location is great and it’s convenient to get around. The inn has a beautiful interior design, a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities, clean rooms, and overall, it’s quite satisfactory.

Just a 15 minute ride from the Kunming airport and the hotel provides a nice new van for personal pick up and drop off. (By the way - you meet the hotel shuttle van 🚐 just 100 meters left of Arrivals Gate 1 as you walk out of the Kunming Airport). A great value and an extremely well appointed hotel room with very nice touches and great furnishings. Everything felt very new and clean and definitely one of the nicer 4 star hotels in the airport area. Good working AC and very helpful front desk staff - including Joyce who helped me with my WIFI. Breakfast is high quality but is mostly Chinese style (which I like) with Rice noodles 🍜 and a few hot Chinese dishes. Hotel 🏨 is in a little shopping area (with a bunch of other similar airport hotels) that have some tea shops and local restaurants. Great choice for a layover at the Kunming airport.

The hotel is great, good location and facilities. The real star is the incredibly helpful staff!! They are truly amazing in a way that will make your stay so wonderful and easy. They help you find the property very easily, come help you with your luggage at the edge of town, and are always available for any questions you might have about anything. They were a tremendous help in assisting me getting to the Tiger Leaping Gorge and on my way to Shangri-La. They were so sweet to keep checking up on me to make sure all went smoothly, I could find the driver and to make sure the driver knew exactly where to drop me off. Highly recommend.

The manager extended a warm welcome and offered us excellent suggestions for places to visit in and around Lijiang. The inn's staff is also incredibly considerate. The breakfast is simple but delicious, and the room design is quite appealing as well.

Little room details just added to the excellent stay like artificial flora in the room and bathroom.

What I especially want to mention is the excellent service of the hotel. Before I arrived, I was already contacted and offered support arranging a taxi and helping me to find a place while staying at the hotel the staff helped me to organize my whole trip in Lijiang area including a visit to the nearby mountains. Here I especially want to mention XIAO HE, who not only spoke excellent English, but also was always friendly and really helpful.
