Sometimes people can’t be bothered to write reviews , however having such a wonderful stay with the fantastic staff and owners we feel obligated to try to put into words what a truly magnificent time we had at the Paradise Lodge Apartments. What a fantastic place and it all started each day with a wonderful breakfast. First a plate of fresh fruit picked right from the property, then a choice of omelet , scrambled eggs, sunny side up, or simple toast and jam made to order with a delicious side of rice and beans, fresh avocado, queso frito, and bacon. plus orange juice and delicious Costa Rican Coffee. From the moment we arrived the hospitality was excellent, taking our bags from the car to our super clean and spacious room and making sure we had everything we needed. The apartments are in side of a gated property which will give you a strong sense of security and safety, with ample parking very close to the rooms. The property is aptly named as it is truly a slice of paradise. From the little porch outside the rooms to the beautiful grounds and swimming pool every detail is spectacularly maintained. We wish we were able to spend more time on the property which I am sure we will do next time as we had some business to attend to on this trip so we weren’t able to enjoy the property as much as we would of liked. We did however find the time to explore the beautiful property including the shorter of the trails that go around the property. We just cant say enough about the fantastic time we had at this location. If your going to this area of Costa Rica stay at Paradise Lodge…. You wont regret it….

Set in Providencia, 42 km from Manuel Antonio, Savegre Hotel Natural Reserve & Spa features a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. We loved our stay here. Everything was perfect. And the food was probably the best value for money we had in all of our 30 day trip in Costa Rica. Had really nice meals with wine at a reasonable price. Walked the trails looking for birds, comfy room, nothing negative to say at all. We booked last minute and paid a very reasonable rate for our stay.

Trogon Lodge se nachází 1,5 km od centra města San Gerardo de Dota a 9 km od národního parku Los Quetzales. Má velkou zahradu, terasu a gril. Pokoje mají terasu a vlastní koupelnu se sprchou. The hotel is very special. We had our own cosy lodge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As it can be a bit cold at night, we even had hot-water bottles. There is also a heater. In the spacious area of the Trogon Lodge, there is very much to see, for example different species of plants and animals like humming birds, lizards and even Quatzals. The lodge does also offer a shorter and a longer exciting hiking track in the cloud forest. We booked a Quetzal watching tour in the morning and really saw about 5 Quetzals.

The apartment was beautiful, modern, and spotless, with an amazing view from the 12th floor. Everything matched the description, and the location was great. The host was friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything about our 3 night stay at Casa 41 was delightful. The communication before our stay was proactive. The design aesthetic of the small, 5 room inn in the Escazu neighborhood just west of San Jose was exceptional with incredible attention to detail. Our room was large, with a comfortable king-size bed, sitting area, and big bathroom. The dinners and breakfasts at the inn were varied and delicious. And the staff was very accommodating and gracious. We look forward to a return visit.
