I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. It's not large, which adds to its charm, and the staff were simply fantastic. The beach is stunning, with direct access from the hotel – no need to cross any roads. The breakfasts were amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. It's conveniently located close to Rethymno, making it easy to explore the area. The spa was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend booking a private room with a sauna and Turkish bath. My teenage daughters absolutely loved it. All in all, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

Where do I start - we truly enjoyed our holidays at Enorme Santanna Beach Hotel. The facilities and rooms have very nice, clean design. From the hotel there is a nice view to the city and mountains. Hotel is located next to the beach which is fully equipped beach with comfortable sunbeds and beach bar. The beach is rocky - black rock and sand beach, but I really liked the character of the beach. Although the sea bottom itself is rocky, still it is possible to comfortably enter it and swim. Food was excellent - fresh and delicious, I especially enjoyed breakfast and dinner, it’s wide variety of different cusines and desserts were outstanding. The staff is friendly, kind and always ready to help you, so for the hotel staff itself I give 10/10. You are great and doing a great job there! As this was the first part of our trip and we did not want to do anything much just sunbathe on the beach and relax, we found this a perfect choice.

The place was very modern. On arrival at the place, we were greeted by professional and friendly staff. They also talked us through the room facilities and gave us a complimentary sparkling wine. The massage therapist Maria was also amazing in the spa sessions. Extremely professional and we felt so much more relaxed after the therapy session :) 100% recommending their spa facilities. We will definitely book again when we come to Chania again.

We have no negative feedback. The staff are absolutely amazing. We want to give a spacial thanks to Mandarin, he was so kind and extra attentive to any needs we had. I put inna request for my partners birthday and they went over and beyond for this. The next time i visit i will definitely be booking here and will be brining my parents with us :) we really recommend the hotel, it is worth every penny. Lots of restaurants near, a supermarket next door with super friendly staff. We loved our stay here :) thank you so much to all the staff for making our stay thank extra special 🙏🏻

Enorme Infinity Elounda - Adults Only se nachází u pláže na kopci Elounda a nabízí výhled na záliv Elounda a ostrov Spinalonga. Definitely one of the best facilities in Elounda and all of Crete. Starting with the service, which proves at every step that you are in a 5-star hotel, and ending with the surroundings of the facility, which are extremely refined and tastefully decorated. The service is very competent, nice and helpful. A big advantage is the varied but also regional breakfasts. Each room is equipped with either a jacuzzi or a private pool. There is also a restaurant with a tasting menu and a gym with an extraordinary view of the bay. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. Special thanks to the entire hotel staff.
