We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! It was packed with great amenities, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The room was very spacious and well-appointed. The outdoor area was perfect for enjoying scenic views, and the pool was incredibly relaxing too. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also has fantastic restaurants with delicious food. To top it off, Disney mascots were appearing for picture-taking, adding a fun and memorable touch to the experience. Highly recommended!

Very clean, location is good, gym has many choices and staff were cleaning the machine all the time. At my last night, I need to print out a very important document urgently, one of the staff ( Kay) helped me with patient and caring in the middle of the night. Very appreciate her help!

Designed by famous local architects, the stylish Hotel ICON enjoys harbour views in Tsim Sha Tsui East Kowloon. It presents a rooftop outdoor heated pool, pampering spa services and a health club. We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel ICON—it was the last of three hotels we tried in Hong Kong, and hands down, the best sleep I had on the entire trip (fellow Oura users will appreciate: I hit an 87 score!) We stayed in one of the luxury rooms on a high floor with lounge access, and I highly recommend it. The room offered a stunning panoramic view of the city skyline, and taking a bath while watching the night lights of Hong Kong was a memorable experience—worth every cent. Although the hotel isn’t brand new, you can clearly see the dedication of the team to maintain a high standard across the board. With our booking, we had access to two breakfast options: one in the executive lounge (quieter and more exclusive), and the other in the Market buffet, which was more lively and crowded but absolutely worth visiting for the variety and vibe. Another great perk: check-out options. We had a late-night flight, and being able to stay and relax after checking out in the lounge and pool zones, made a huge difference in our travel comfort. If you're looking for a mix of luxury, service, and unbeatable views, Hotel ICON is a fantastic choice. We'd return in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious & well maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also excellent, conveniently situated near to MRT. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming & always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic stay & I would definitely return in the future.
