Hotel Cannero is located in the lakeside town of Cannero Riviera on the shores of Lake Maggiore. It offers a seasonal outdoor pool and on-site restaurant. The staff were exceptional, they are wonderfully considerate and very attentive. Many staff were also charming and genuine in their interactions with guests. The housekeeper was fantastic, what a delightful and endearing lady, like wise many of the restaurant staff added to the overall guest experience. Many of the guests had been visiting this hotel for years. All the guests we met were lovely people. There is a real loyalty towards this hotel from historic guests. We met one gentleman from Switzerland who has been visiting for 45 years. Most of the guests we met have been here several times. This is a true testament to the hotel, staff and management. Of course there is the location, fine food to mention but for us the highlight was the people.

Beautiful lake view from the room and the rooftop terrace (for breakfast and drinks). First rate. Would love to return. Great location for ferries to the islands and other towns.

This property just opened in March of 2024 so everything is brand new and the finishes are very nice. It is a boutique style hotel so there are not very many guests. You get a feeling that you are almost there alone and it is very well staffed.

Hotel Al Campanile - Luxury Suites & Apartments offers accommodation with views of Lake Maggiore in Baveno. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and a furnished terrace. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All three of them. Apartment had two terraces with nice views, comfortable chairs.

The apartment finish is of high standard. Eveeythimg needed for self-catering is available. We arrived late but our host Euginia was very helpful and understanding. She helped us with information for self check in promptly. The view of the lake from the apartment in the morning was amazing. Verbania is about 7-10 min and Stressa about 30 min drive
