It lives up to and in some parts deliver what you would expect out of a cozy boutique hotel. It’s a small hotel but everything about it was nice! The room was large, very clean and had lots of windows for the sun to come in. The hot tub was great - kids loved it. The breakfast was hearty, home made to order. The surrounding plots around the hotel are empty, so feels fresh and breezy. I want to specifically call out Mr Ogus for his warm and excellent hospitality. Looking at my kids he allowed us late check out by 5 hours and free of cost!! Absolutely amazing!

We stayed at Acer Cave House for two nights with our family and had a wonderful experience. Our room, which had balconies, was absolutely lovely. With the heavy snowfall, the place transformed into a winter wonderland—truly magical! The staff were incredibly efficient and kind. On our last day, our travel plans were interrupted due to the heavy snow, but the hotel staff were very understanding. They moved us to a new room and allowed us to stay free of charge until 5 pm, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The breakfast spread was lovely, offering a great variety of options to start the day. While the hotel is 5 km from Goreme, we were more than happy with our choice. The rooms were nicely heated, and despite the outside temperature being -5°C, we didn't face any issues with the warmth inside. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service, and we highly recommend Acer Cave House for anyone visiting the area!

It was an authentic cave experience! We loved everything!!! The location may not be in Goreme but this location is already perfect for a relaxing and a quiet stay. You can rent a car (most economical transport option) so you can go to Goreme and the other areas. The price also is just so worth it! We got the Winery room and it’s well maintained. The view from the balcony with or without balloons is very nice. The hotel is also pet friendly! You can already tell at the entrance as the “other” boss is just there under his owner’s desk 😂 and he’s a cutie! There were kittens in the reading area and even mama cat came to our room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything! They can give you insights also on the weather forecasts for your balloon reservation, which places to visit, & assist you with parking. Language barrier is not an issue as most of them speak English.

We absolutely loved our stay at Zeppelin Cappadocia. The hotel is located just a short walk from Uçhisar Castle, in one of the most peaceful and charming parts of Cappadocia. The atmosphere was serene, and the architecture of the stone rooms really captured the essence of the region. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable, with lovely details. Eren, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took care of everything for us, from airport shuttles to booking our balloon ride and local tours. The communication was excellent, and we felt very well looked after. The breakfast was delicious and served in a cozy setting, and the rooftop terrace gave us a great view in the morning. We also loved the garden area, especially the puppy and the turtle! It made the place feel homely and unique. Highly recommended if you're looking for a warm and authentic experience in Cappadocia.
