Everything, the attention to details, the food, the evening entertainment, however what makes this hotel 10/10 is the staff ( Emmanuel, Chico, Benedict, Joseph, Helen and all the hsk team!). The best hotel to stay in Zanzibar, we are definitely coming back!!

I absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. The staff are genuinely kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. My room was cozy, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out were the little touches—thoughtful recommendations for things to do, quick help whenever I needed something, and a level of attention that made the whole experience feel personalized. Breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing hotel in a wild, untouched setting. There’s nothing around except the beach — but what a beach! At first, I thought the restaurant prices were high, but I later realized that good-quality dining is simply expensive considering this zanzibar (25 usd).The food was excellent and the breakfast, which is included, was varied and delicious. The only downside was the spa, which I found far too expensive and not really justified. Offering complimentary paddleboards or canoes would be a great addition — and please, definitely no jet skis. To move around after your stay, keep in mind that the hotel is a little slice of paradise, and in the end the value for money is excellent. Yes, it’s a budget, but considering the overall experience and being right on the water, it is worth.

And people who you'll quickly consider your Zanzibari family. This new family always goes for the extra mile to offer you the best stay you ever had. At this hotel the word 'no' doesn't exist. Their smile and service comes from the heart. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are clean, spacious and very well equipped with everything you need. The food and drinks are great. All your new family members will ask you everyday if everything is okay. And if any issues, they'll be resolved immediately. This proactive attitude of the team, and the honest and meaningful service that you'll experience, is nurtured by Mr. Ahmed who is not only taking care of all the guests, but also of all the staff. Seeing them celebrating and having their staff party was a great example of practice what you preach. There are so many people we want to thank, because everyone has been so nice to us, and thanks to them we had a wonderful time, and therefore a very hard time leaving our Zanzibari home. Besides mr. Ahmed, we want to thank Amina, Mariam, Judith, Ghati, McDonald, Munira and many more of the beautiful new family memebers. And last but not least, one of the greatest souls and most beautiful person we met, our dearest Maria. The auntie of all the kids in the hotel. My daughters loves her so much. She really knows how to connect deeply with kids and they adore her. Thank you for giving them and me the best time. We'll definitely come back in shaa allah.

Välibasseini, tasuta privaatse parkimise, aia ja erarannaga Zanzi Soul Luxury Boutique Hotel asub Jambianis, 600 meetri kaugusel Jambiani rannast. We loved everything about this hotel. This is a relatively new hotel and small hotel (only 6 rooms), located in a dreamed place with stunning ocean views from every room. The rooms are big and comfortable, beautifully designed and very well maintained. Restaurant/bar open from 7am to 11pm every day. Food is ok but we went in low season and the hotel was at half capacity so I think this might be better in high season, cocktails were really good. This is an ideal hotel if you are looking for a very quiet relaxing vibe, operated by their owners, on the beach (the hotel is design to live your holiday barefoot as all common areas are sand, don’t worry there’s a feet washer outside every room). Town is a nice 30 min walk down the beach only in low tide, or a USD 5 taxi/tuc tuc. We loved it so much that we end up cancelling another hotel we had in the north of the island just to stay more time here. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a super relaxed holiday, were you don’t need to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. Beautiful beach walks and amazing snorkel right there from the beach.
