Brand new hotel with a beautiful design and great attention to detail. Everything was very comfortable. We stayed over Christmas and had a wonderful time — including our dog (they even have an adorable dog menu!) and friends visiting with young children, who were given activity books and colored pencils. The food was excellent, and the staff were extremely attentive and careful with my food allergies. Everyone was kind and welcoming, with a special thank you to Lynn and Ethan for making our Christmas stay feel so warm and special.

My room was clean, incredibly comfy bed and pillows, nice clean bathroom. Staff were incredible, especially Izzy helped me a lot, including extending the stay at hotel for additional day. Always nice and never in a rush, same for Ilda. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in.

Hotel prices inside London are ridiculous, I decided to stay in Luton, where Mariott offered a super nice room, large flat screen tv, and good food served in the restaurant
