Situated quite centrally in Darwin City. It's a short walk to supermarkets, Crocosaurus Cove etc. It has a view to sea towards the northwest over the golf course from the balcony.
Spacious living dining area and balcony. Room size is okay. Kitchen has cooking essentials, various pots and pans, bowls plates and utensils. Oven and stovetop. The dishwasher works, dishwasher capsules supplied.
Washer and dryer were helpful, detergents provided.
Air-conditioning in bedrooms work well.
Shower is warm.
2 underground parking lots.
