We loved Suite 7 on the top floor with roll top bath. Albert was super helpful. Appreciated self-service coffee/tea, wine, croissants, cake, fruit etc available throughout the day. Would recommend to friends and hope to return.

L’Avenida is such a lovely and convenient location in the heart of Soller city, and there is a parking lot right across the street, making it very convenient to park. The staff was super nice and helpful, especially Mathew, who was extremely helpful and super nice, also very professional. We love the stay at L’Avenida and if ever we come to Mallorca again, we will certainly choose L’Avenida to stay. Thanks all the staff!

The location is perfect for a stay in Soller and to explore other towns nearby. A (paid) car parking spot is about a 5-minute walk away. The bed is really comfy and has an amazing (garden/town) view to wake up to! There is plenty of space for two people to stay comfortably for a few days, no problem. Luxury sheets and thick fluffy towels made us feel like we were in a 5-star hotel.

Ideal location for walking, access to the town and exploring the surrounding area. Beautiful spacious apartment. Everything provided that might be required. Balconies for eating outside and relaxing. Private covered car parking space just around the corner. We didn't arrive until after midnight due to a late and then delayed flight but were still met with the keys and shown around the property with everything explained.

The room and bathroom were large. The hotel is very pretty. Nice breakfast! Pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to enjoy it / weather didn’t permit. Staff were nice too! Free parking in their lot. Water in the room.

The place is exactly as described - a beautiful place to stay in an excellent location. Service and breakfast were excellent. The hotel offers parking close-by at an extra cost which is useful as on-street parking is paying.
