You got tea and coffee pods and water and even bathrobe, slippers, toiletries and toothbush set. The air con was in both rooms at no extra charge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, nice and quiet but just a short walk away from the strip.
I highly recommend this hotel !!!!

LithuaniaWe are glad to have chosen these apartments. The hosts are a wonderful family, they welcomed us very hospitably with nice decorated sweets, were helpful and very kind. The apartment is nicely decorated, tidy and clean, comfortable bathroom, everything you need in the kitchen (refrigerator, stove, coffee, tea, sugar, salt). The apartments in the old town, next to the ancient church and the well, you can comfortably sit on the balcony. The beds were comfortable and were beautifully decorated with swans and shells when we arrived. There is a bakery nearby, where you can buy the freshest products early in the morning, we highly recommend it. The hostess recommended us places to eat. We are grateful for the sincere hospitality 💌, we recommend this place 💯%👌

AustraliaEvery single thing. The location was at the better end of the beach, water was clean with small waves. The hotel and the room were absolutely incredible, so clean and modern while being very comfortable. We had a room that opened straight out onto the garden, a few steps from the pool and restaurant. This was our fifth hotel room in Crete and was by far the best, so sad that we only had one night there. What really made the stay memorable was definitely the staff, from Elizabeth at reception, to Lula, George and all the bar staff. These guys work so hard and go out of their way to make everyone happy, they deserve recognition from their employer because they are a great asset to the business and demonstrate the very best in customer service.

She even offered us an upgrade to a superior suit as it was available, free of charge, for which we're very thankful. The location was good, close to the centre, but away from the crowds. Ohh yes almost forgot if you are thinking about staying in this property, stop thinking ,just do it, definetly worth it starting with great loacation and wonderful place ending with very nice,kind and helpful owners, want to mention that this is family business, they are very dedicated to their business also they have family supermarket next to property which is very big plus. If you are aware how to get to property or from property to airport don't wory they have a great transfer services with wonderfull drivers. Also next to property is many opportunities of renting some car or quads for great price, if you rent you are lucky- there is private parking at the property.
When we arrived we were very welcomed and got some really nice welcome gift, we stayed for 6 night and will definetly come again. Thank you:)

Staff is polite. The parking lot provides more than enough space and is secure. The water pool is clean. The beach was clean and has nice rock formation.
Place is ideal for people appreciating a relax atmosphere and prefer to walk a while. I enjoyed the evening walks worth the sea breeze.
The hotel it is maintained recently, and owners try to give to the rooms character. However, the technical staff did a somewhat sloppy job. My feeling is the owners will fix these.

Lovely new hotel, with beautiful deco and furniture. Fabulous breakfast and pool area. Right next to the old town which has up-market taverna's. Supermarket, bakery etc minutes away. Car parking area is large and a minute or two from the hotel. Malia has a great soft sand beach. All the staff were very helpful, so ask for advice on what to do etc. Extremely clean hotel.

Quite and intimate family hotel in the centre of Malia. Walk distance from the main street, supermarket and restaurants.
Clean, beautiful with kitchen equipment rooms and the hospitality of the owners is remarkable.
Snack bar near the pool with cool/hot and alcoholic drinks and food.
Free parking all day long.
The pool was great and clean.
We will definitely come again.

Very good location, just right near the beach. Breakfast and dinner with the sea view. The room is big and bright. The staff is friendly and willing to help, after check-out they let us use the showers. There is free parking

Pool was in nearby hotel, but bonus - free parking provided. Beach nearby in easy walking distance. Daily cleaning, towel and bedding changing when needed. Properly working air conditioner. Overall good value for money.

The staff was super friendly and gave nice suggestions of places to go to. Also got one of the massages there, which are also reasonably priced. Free parking around the corner. Especially nice owner. Also got a free bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Couldn't have been better!
