Everything! this hotel is located beside the bank of the sea surrounded by coconut trees and beautiful hames, It has an amazing morning view from the terrace. This hotel provides nice ac rooms, not luxury but good, water supply twenty four hour covered with security surveillance, two wheeler parking area, they also provide tasty breakfast Aalu ka Paratha with pickle which is included in fare and their staff having a good behaviour, thank you for all the things.

The location and the staff. The pool was big and the place was buzzing with activity. Baba Au Rhum , Arpora flea market, The Birch etc. all close by. Good place if the intent is to use the room only as a place to sleep and you want to go to all the nearby places to hang out at Anjuna . The hotel has a busy and small parking lot, but the valet guys are very efficient.

The room was highly maintained, with great facilities. Great hospitality. Underground parking is available for people renting, and it's very close to Anjuna beach (15 minutes walk)

Great staff, super helpful. Clean rooms and spacious enough for two. Shower had a door which meant the entire floor didn’t get flooded after a shower. Free parking on site too with a pool.
