The place is so beautiful outside and so cute inside like a nona’s house. Very clean, good beds. Parking lot right on the property in front of a plantation of olive trees, so beautiful! 100m from the ramp to the basilica. Breakfast ok like in any hotel in Toscana.

Probably the best thing about the accommodation was free parking and kitchen (even if there was no tea or coffee provided). Location was handy for us, we wanted just to sleep somewhere after visiting Assisi, this was just few minutes from the city and good for quick morning getaway.

The apartment is extremely spacious, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The two bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need, including food for breakfast. The location is fantastic, very close to the Basilica di Santa Chiara. There is a parking lot belonging to the apartment very close by. The person who came to greet us was extremely friendly and helpful.

No frills place, but quite comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok. Free parking, because the hotel is away from the city center - it is a 500 mts distance to the center but you have to walk a very steep hill.

Close proximity to Francis De Assisi Basilica ,St Claire ,Carlo Acutis (Maria Maggiore), Free Parking , Great Breakfast ,Nice staff , Eurospin is 5 mins away .Rooms had view of Assisi with lavender and sunflower

We loved everything about this charming hotel, located literally just off the town square. Close to the bus stop too, so quick access to the Basilica and Matteotti parking lot. Rooms accessible without stairs, lovely comfortable rooms with good AC and views of the old town rooftops. Amazing breakfast with the most delicious homemade cakes and protein options. The staff were helpful, making dinner reservations for us and assisting with travel. Highly recommended!
