It was fairly easy to find a free parking space with a few minutes to walk to the apartment. The apartment and its facilities are just like new and also very clean, making you feel like you are staying in a hotel. The host Giorgia was super nice and friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations on what to see around and where to eat. We loved Modica and everything about this place. We definitely recommend staying here when visiting Modica!

The views of Modica from our room, the breakfast room, and all areas of the hotel including the swimming pool and decks were spectacular. All staff were very friendly and helpful and contributed to our stay. The breakfast was very good and served in an airy room again with the same wonderful view. We would definitely recommend staying at the Atria overlooking Modica.
