United StatesGiocomo and Lorenzo are both incredibly warm, engaging, kind, and helpful. We appreciated their recommendations, and are so grateful to have stayed in their lovely hotel! The 18th century building is simply beautiful; the high ceilings, original tile floor, and frescoes in our room were truly splendid, and the beautiful grounds were perfect for sipping wine and having breakfast outside. The location is also terrific because it is just outside of the city, so completely tranquil, yet only a 10 to 15 minute walk into the city, which we even did twice in one day. We were delighted to be able to purchase olive oil harvested from Hotel Palazzo di Valli’s olives, and can’t wait to try it when we return home! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer, and we hope to return. We highly recommend this amazing place!

The location of the property is perfect, with the added convenience of free parking. The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is located almost 30 minutes' walk to the Dome (2 km away). The apartment is spacious, and you have everything you need.
At the check-in, you receive all the information you need.
Nearby is a Carrefour market.
The bus station is very close.
There is free parking in front of the hotel (also underground parking).
In the morning they offer you free coffee. Is not the best coffee, but it is definitely a plus.
If I'll come back to Siena again, for sure I will choose to stay here.

The property was unique and characterful. The location was perfect to get to lots of great bars, restaurants and sights. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The valet car parking was very useful and made our stay much easier.

Nice, large appt, with a nice outside space. King size bed, with a double fold out bed. 15 minute walk into the centre with lots of bars/cafes on the way in. Free parking can be an issue, but be patient as the San Francesco paid car park is around 40 Euros per day. Siena is a beautiful ancient city, well worth a visit.

Easy enough to find with satnav plenty of free parking. Breakfast was excellent, staff helpful, room comfortable, Only about 15 minutes drive to Siena city centre car parks. Nice pool.
