The location is close to Hakodate St., but because of the snow we struggled to bring our luggage. The staff was friendly too :). Will definitely come back!

The house is within walking distance to the tram stations, and there's a convenience store just around the block. The housing area was quiet as it was away from the main roads. The house is also filled with knickknacks that give it a cosy and personal feel. Shared bathroom and toilet, but everything is really clean and well maintained. We like the location and ample car parking for the hotel. The room was quite large with a little kitchen, mid-sized refrigerator, and a washing machine, but no dryer. We took our clothes to the hotel coin laundry to dry. The breakfast was very good.

Location was excellent, connected to JR Hakodate station. Bus terminal next to the hotel. Morning market located across the street and parking lot. Buffet breakfast with handmade nigiri sushi. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was clean and comfortable for two people.

The owners just live upstairs and they were outside greeting us once we arrived.
Same goes when checking out. Awesome.
There is a free parking just outside the apartment and the apartment is just at Ground Floor.
Although we did not use much the facilities, the apartment is fully equip and my kids love the TV Netflix.

Morning market was 1 min walking distance from the hotel. The parking lot in front of the hotel is full most of the time. Lucky beside the hotel, a 1 min walking, multi-story car park is available. Many eatery within walking distance.

The room is big for our family of 4. there is a kitchen for cooking. Free parking. The balcony is definitely value added for a fresh breath in the morning. Also, the Sakura trees are just opposite to the hotel. It’s nice.

Really love the hotel. It is right next to the station and just a parking lot away from the morning market. Especially enjoy the public bath as well
