I happened to meet a young girl from Taiwan who helped us with the language barrier and was very patient in helping us translate and solve the problem!
There was also a young Japanese boy who helped us with the hot spring temperature and finally helped us carry our luggage to the shuttle bus. I was very impressed by his perfect service.
