AustriaThis place is just amazing, the rooms are super comfortable, clean and beautiful. The whole place is full of good hearted people and dogs.
Wini and her whole family are amazing and also the laundry service is just great, smells good and is clean.
It was the best place we have been till now, the whole vibe is the right one and you feel heartily invited by this family.
The location is super good and you are exactly at the place to be, the beach is very close, max 5. Minutes walking distance and all the bar and restaurants are there.
You will just love this place, so be aware to book it already for more days because if not you will have to change the place without wanting. Happened to us 😅 but next time we already know where to go and where to stay.

The hosts are great. Very well informed and accommodating. They were able to prepare packed breakfast for me during my stay as I was leaving the property very early.
The animals are also very docile and friendly.

The owner, who is the chef of the embedded small restaurant, prepared for us three meals of a barracuda I've caught. It was the most scrumptious barracuda we've ever eaten in our lives!

Even if it is a small hotel, there was someone their to take care of guests 24/7.
We had a couple of very nice conversation and discussions with the owner!
Beach is very near!
You can see fishermen nets pulled out a couple of times a day.
A couple of small shops and a barber are only some 150 - 200 m away, bigger shops and a number of stalls only some 10 minutes walk away.

Property was close to the main road. Food was also available on request. Close to the main town. Grocery shops were available close by. TV was available and working. Parking available. Staff was helpful and was available full time. Rooms were well facilitated.

One of ths best place i stayed durring the tour. Staffs are very helpfull and pleasing smiles.
Definitely i can recommend to anyone.
Close to town and supermarkets. Seld cooking is excellent. Parking is not there but manageable in by roads. Nice rooftop for BBQ or casual chat.

Ubay is a nice place to stay - close to the beach and the village. Lots of parking space and a shortcut to the beach. You have a nice porch in the front, where you can sit. Beds were very comfortable and big. Paul takes care and makes sure you feel good. Breakfast was included.
