United KingdomReally beautiful and in a fantastic location. The staff were INCREDIBLE - everyone we met was so helpful and friendly. We arrived early and not only did they make us lunch (we did pay but still so generous to get one of the staff to cook something for us when the kitchen was closed) but they gave us a temporary room while they finished cleaning ours. We ended up spending an entire day in and around the pool because of how gorgeous it was. Honestly couldn’t have faulted anything. Also, the dinner was delicious with a well stocked bar!

The pool is the centerpiece of the property. It was a perfect temperature and surrounded by the jungle. The front end at the infinity ♾️ side looks onto the parking lot, so, not perfect. The room had air conditioning and it was much needed. I went late June 2024 and it was hot and steamy outside all day.

The pool was ok (however, the step to get into the pool is broken and needs repair). The car parking on site is good.
The position of the hotel is good and in a lovely street.
