RussiaDuring our 6-days trip to Cappadocia we actually stayed in a number of properties and this was by far the best of all. So i highly recommend it. We stayed in April'23.
1) Rooms are warm and cosy, the beds were good; the facilities incl. bathroom and shower quality are very good; 2) Breakfast is super tasty and various; 3) the garden with blooming trees invites for an evening tea; 4) the hotel is in quiet part of Avanos, but super-close to the center at the same time (just cross the river).

-staff very nice. the owner drove us to see the balloons at 5am free of charge since we had no car. also offered to book us a tour with 0 commission
-location is good within Avanos which is well connected to Goreme and Uchisar by bus. People might try to tell you there's no buses and to rent a car/bike/tour/taxi, ignore them, the buses are fine and 10x cheaper.

NetherlandsThe property is in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the center (10-15min walking). There is a supermarkt down the street (it does not sell alcohol, fyi). The rooms are really spacious and beds are very comfortable. Shower heads look small but they have great water pressure. Breakfast is served upstairs against a beautiful view of the hills. We were told it is also possible to watch the baloons but we were never awake that early. There is a communal garden with seats and tables where all guests can hang out in. Our hosts were super attentive and helpful.

A great place to stay in Cappadocia. Spent a few days here, good location if you have a car. Free and large car park. The valleys and underground towns can be reached quickly by car.
The room is completely according to the description and photos, very clean, room has heating. The owner is very friendly and always ready to help, cooks delicious breakfasts, much better than almost all other places we have stayed before. If we will be in these areas again, we would love to stay here again.

The hosts were very friendly despite speaking limited English. The breakfasts were great and thoughtful. The place was hassle-free and had plenty of parking. The rooms were also spacious.

We stayed in family suite with comfy beds. Good parking place is just next to entrance door. The basic breakfast is provided and lasts up to 11 o`clock. If you want to see major attractions of Cappadocia, including balloons, you still have to go to Goreme or Urgup. The host is friendly and provides many information you might need.

Great location, the hotel is very beautiful ancient building, very great vibes/atmosphere, clean and very spacious room, the lobby smells very fragrance. Great breakfast, the hotel has variative menus. Parking is very easy, the hotel has private parking lot. But what we like the most was the staff (Mr. Murad), he is very polite, responsive and helpfull. Very recommended a place to stay.

A beautiful Hotel with an idyllic garden. The owner is very friendly. The breakfast delicious. There is a big parking lot in front of the Hotel and it's easy to access the attractions like Göreme, Ushisar...To the viewpoint of Avanos is only 10 Minutes walk
