It began with the warm hospitality of the receptionists, followed by a spotless room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a spacious bedroom and bathroom. We even had the spa entirely to ourselves, as we visited at the beginning of the season. The breakfast was top-notch, and the whole stay truly felt like a 5-star experience. If you’re staying in Bursa, don’t hesitate—take the 20-minute ride out to the Swissôtel. It’s absolutely worth it.

+ Service and staff was really good (The reception team helped me to check the operating hours for some destination places during the EID vacation).
