After a very difficult experience at the airport, we were welcomed immediately by the manager/receptionist, who was incredibly kind, gentle and professional. She made sure we didn’t have to wait for our room and allowed us to settle in right away, which meant a lot after such a long day. Throughout the stay, the service was excellent. At check-out, she personally greeted us again with the same warmth and professionalism. I also want to thank Muzaki, the room attendant, for his great work and kindness. Everything was perfect. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended.
