If you’re looking for a place to reconnect with nature, breathe deeply, and enjoy heartfelt hospitality — this is it.

Very convenient stay. The owner was very kind and helpful. Great hospitality. They run a small coffee shop as well, Panus coffee shop, we had a great meal, tasty and affordable!

Excellent location, by a short drive to Sevan Town. Amazing seaside views, good facilities. Hosts are super kind and helpful, highly recommend!

Super luxurious and comfy room for a cheap price! Good location! Norik is owner is such a nice and friendly guy!!!!

Tsovasar Family Rest Complex is located in Sevan and offers self-catering accommodations with an access to a private beach area and free WiFi. It is only a few steps away from Sevan Lake. Great views directly on the shore of Sevan lake, Very friendly and helpful staff, swimming pool, restaurant offering great choice of traditional kitchen dishes. The cottage was regularly cleaned, including dishes! Towels and bad linen exchanged
