Very clean room and bathroom, nice and friendly staff. We also went to private spa (25€ per person, but it was worth it)-recommend. They also have restaurant with delicious food.

Wish I could’ve stayed longer. Oh yeah and a mighty good selection for breakfast. Shoutout to the chia pudding

Gorgeous apartment, clean, modern, spacious, - had everything you need! 2 balconies, very comfortable bed & bamboo pillows. Will definitely be back! Close to the train station (short walk). Hosts very accommodating- with late checkout and leaving bags there locked up after we checkout & wander around the town till our train comes!

Located in the centre of Innsbruck, H5 Grauer Bär Studios & More is a recently renovated accommodation, which provides soundproof rooms. The location couldn’t be better, it’s 50m from golden roof in the centre of old town. The building is an annex of the main hotel which is just a few minutes walk away. The breakfast was great and the staff exceptionally friendly. We used the spa which was included, which also has a rooftop jacuzzi. We had the loft studio and it was absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about it.

Everything, place is flawless, the decor, the wellness and spa areas, the lake house & swimming/sun deck. The food in the restaurant & breakfast selection top class. Parking very easy, check-in also very easy. Advice: unless you have early checkin, it will be 3pm, so go straight to wellness as you really only have a 3-4 hr window before dinner, especially if you only staying for 1 night. It is not open till 11pm next morning on checkout.

The scenery is stunning in every direction. Infinity pool on the roof top overlooking the town, valley and mountains. Nice large inside bar/restaurant, outside terrace seating, and a smaller inside bar. The staff was exceptional.

The apartment had absolutely everything you could think of — I’ve never experienced such attention to detail in any other! From coffee capsules and towels to a hair dryer and even detergents, everything was thoughtfully provided. It went far beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with a large supermarket just a short walk away and a pharmacy right across the street. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful our stay was.
