The flat is super clean, spacious comfortable and a real pleasure to stay in. It has absolutely everything you need. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the sheets and towels are so soft, the balcony is well furnished, has its own parking space, WiFi is excellent, perfect location - metres from the beach, shops and restaurants We really enjoyed our stay there, in fact so much that we wanted to extend it. The flat was beautifully decorated, offering all and beyond one would need for a holiday stay. It was clean and cosy, with great access to a private beach and a short walk to the emblematic sightseeings in Balchik and the central beach. The host was incredibly warm and helpful, staying in touch throughout our whole stay! Very kind and highly responsive. He helped us out with transport and provided extra goods on the way. The room was very specious and clean. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. It had a very nice and big mirror. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with good options between sweet and savory. We stayed here on our honeymoon and the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. The lovely woman at the front desk organised for our room to be decorated beautifully. Another young man at the front desk helped us with all of our questions. All of the staff were amazing. Of all the hotels we stayed at, the staff here were the ones who made our trip the most special. We extended our trip to stay here another night. The food was varied and AMAZING! Communication was fantastic, everyone spoke at least English and many staff also spoke other languages. Would stay again.
