The staff was available throughout the day and contact was easy. They waited for us at the hotel, helped with the luggage and were very kind. To our surprise the place was completely new, spotless and fully equipped. Parking is available upon request (free). The location is great and close to all points of interest. The mattress was a little on the soft side but the bed is huge. We highly recommend the hotel! Dont think twice, get a room!

The Landlord was above and beyond to make sure we have a pleasant stay. We had our towels replaced everyday. Plenty of space to roam around the house. Parking space outside the property. Very relaxing time. The swimming pool is 3 minutes walk to the Waterfalls park entrance. We had fully fitted kitchen with pans plates kettle and fridge to our use. Remember to take tea bags from England as in Bulgaria their daily drink is Coffee. There is an amazing Restaurant in Hote Catleya Relax Zone . So you can cook in the morning breakfast yourself and you can eat at that hotel in the evening. Kitchen closes at 10.30pm. Local shop is 7 minutes walk and you can pay by card. In the village on Friday there is an open discotheque in one of the restaurants. We stayed 5 nights and we didn't want to leave.
