The staff is really friendly and very helpful, the rooms are good for a family vacation, the food is fresh and very taste, breakfast is really good too, the place is very, very clean, is not in the heart from the city centre but is very close. Everyone in the hotel was very polite, there is everything you need around the place. I would definitely comeback with my family there.

Located in Praia do Forte, this hostel is 350 metres from Praia do Forte Beach. It features free WiFi and daily buffet breakfast. This is a wonderful hostel centrally located in Praia do Forte recognized by Hostelling International that has a variety of accommodation options. I spent 3 weeks as a solo senior (65 yrs old ) traveller here in a room with a private bathroom. My room was spacious and clean with a smart TV, efficient air conditioning, ceiling fan, comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom had great water pressure and the shower had plenty of hot water. The included breakfast buffet had a nice variety of delicious food including vegetarian options. The staff at the hostel were all courteous, accommodating, professional and many spoke excellent English including the very friendly owner/manager Paulo. The wifi connection here was excellent. The hostel has bicycles available to rent. Residents of the hostel get huge discounts on many attractions and businesses in the Praia do Forte vicinity. There was a terrific self service laundry (Lavo) just steps away. This is a fantastic place to stay for solo budget travellers like myself, couples or families with children. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this quiet well managed hostel and would definitely return when visiting Praia do Forte.

From the second I arrived to the second I left I felt very welcomed by Naomi (Owner). She’s very receptive and well informed. The pousada itself is beautiful, very well located and probably the cleanest place i have stayed in Brazil. The room is very comfortable, the bed is excellent, i had a great view with a hammock on the balcony. The air con is very good too. The communal area is clean and very functional and the swimming pool was an added bonus. I met some great people there and good friend in Naomi. I will definitely be returning soon. Oh and the pousada dog Zulu, is sooo lovely.. he accompanied me everywhere, even to the beach :) Thanks again.
