Underground car park with fast easy access to lobby. Thoroughly enjoyed meeting up with friend here. Bar access at one end and cafe at other. Fully recommended!

This warmth extended to the valet parking, where a courteous staff member assisted with our luggage and parked our car. Alex, the receptionist, was among the most welcoming individuals we've encountered at a hotel check-in. Our room had a great view of Lake Louise and was clean. The hotel's location was ideal. Overall, this ranks as one of our top hotel experiences. So impressed were we that we chose to book a stay at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria for the subsequent weekend, a decision we had previously left open.
