Very helpful about local events and activities. We got a wonderful account of the history of the area and some fiddle playing after a delicious breakfast. Above and beyond expectations. Featuring a shared lounge, Tulloch Inn & Gifts is set in Inverness. Featuring a garden, the 4-star inn has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The owners are really nice, friendly, and sweet people. The place is cosy and isolated, really calm, with a nice view on the lac. The breakfast that we had was delicious. We had a Lovely stay.

Just 500 metres from the coast, Chisholms of Troy Coastal Cottages are all equipped with BBQ facilities and a patio overlooking St. George’s Bay and the Strait of Canso. Beautiful surroundings, though the mist took away some of the pleasure. The cottage is very good and well equipped. The landlord is very good, friendly and welcoming. My friend and I arrived late (after midnight) by rental car from Halifax. He (the landlord) was waiting for us and directed us to our cottage. We really appreciated this kind service.

Facing the seafront, The Zzzz Moose Camping Cabins is a campground providing a 2-star accommodation in Birch Plain. It features a private beach area, garden and parking on-site. Basic wooden tents, nice layout, cozy and nearby to the shore as well perfectly remote to hava a quiet and relaxed time. The host is very nice and helpful - anytime again!
