It was easy to access the room and we were very close to everything including the one of the only Tim Hortons opened on Christmas Day!

This hotel is located less than one mile from the Maid of the Mist Niagara Falls boat tour. It features a full service spa and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. We got free upgrade to a room with hot tub. Room was so spacious, clean and full of supplies. Breakfast in bed was simply amazing. Staff is so polite. Free coffee is always a bonus.

Excellent breakfast with so much to eat. Highlight of our stay was to be invited to join their sumptuous dinner together with some other guests. Overall, a great and wonderful experience for us!!

Fantastic location,beautiful property , Dan and Jamie were very welcoming , giving us a great tip to experience the Skylon restaurant . We also loved sharing the lovely breakfast with other guests.

Housed in a 19th century building in Niagara Falls, Niagara Grandview Boutique Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and parking. All of the rooms with an upper balcony enjoy a view of the Niagara Gorge. Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, my wife especially loved the fireplace. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The bathroom deserves a separate praise, first time I see a Dyson (or Dyson-like) hair dryer in a hotel. Special thanks for a coffee station which is always open.

Surrounded by well-tended grounds, Butterfly Manor is just 3 km from the popular Niagara Falls. Odlična lokacija,čistoća za ocjenu 10, odoblje ljubazno,doručak super.Sve nam se svidjelo.Sve pohvale. Naročito je bio krevet udoban ,posteljina je mirisala.

The house is very clean and tidy with good details. The owner is very friendly, parking is very convenient, and it is very close to the waterfall, just a dozen minutes' walk away. We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and a private bathroom. There is also a small kitchen outside that is shared with another guest room, which is very convenient. I recommend friends who come to the fall to stay here!
