Kohapeal on lift.... Great apartment for our family, spacious, clean and everything so well explained. The parking spot reserved for the apartment was a plus. Communications with the owner were effective and useful. The place was neat and very clean. There is a convenience store just 3 min away. We enjoyed the walk to the shore line, but it was about a 20 min hike.

This was the only property we stayed at in Switzerland with AC thank goodness. It was also in a good central location in Lugano. The room was very clean and comfortable and also the beds were wonderful and we slept very well. Self check-in was easy and efficient and the hosts were responsive. We were able to get to Valle Verzasca from this location which took about 1.5 hours. 100% recommend!!

Newly opened, beautifully decorated, air conditioned bedrooms, great facilities, family-run and extremely friendly. Set on the banks of Lake Lugano, the terrace, where you have breakfast/ drinks has amazing views across the lake. The breakfast is outstanding- freshly baked breads to start, followed by homemade waffles, and finished off with any type of eggs and bacon. Fabulous orange juice and tea/coffee. The owners also recommended an Italian restaurant 3 minutes walk away, and even reserved a table for us. The food and staff there were amazing too! Villa Patria is a little gem! Can highly recommend!

The attention to the minor details such as games for kids and the baby chair and the kitchen was filled with all the necessary items.

Checking in and out was so easy as our host provided instructions and photographs. We will 100% choose to stay here again.
