Great apartment for our family, spacious, clean and everything so well explained. The parking spot reserved for the apartment was a plus. Communications with the owner were effective and useful. The place was neat and very clean. There is a convenience store just 3 min away. We enjoyed the walk to the shore line, but it was about a 20 min hike.

We were very privileged to have such attentive hosts who were always in touch and explained everything in detail. The apartment is clean, bright, and modern. Everything is well-organized. Despite the relatively small size, the space is used very efficiently, giving a feeling of spaciousness. All household items are clearly labeled, and some even have QR codes with instructions. Although the apartment is not located in the city center, it has a convenient and cozy location. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Regarding parking – despite the warning that the space might be tight for large vehicles, our crossover fit comfortably (you just need to be careful when entering).

Newly opened, beautifully decorated, air conditioned bedrooms, great facilities, family-run and extremely friendly. Set on the banks of Lake Lugano, the terrace, where you have breakfast/ drinks has amazing views across the lake. The breakfast is outstanding- freshly baked breads to start, followed by homemade waffles, and finished off with any type of eggs and bacon. Fabulous orange juice and tea/coffee. The owners also recommended an Italian restaurant 3 minutes walk away, and even reserved a table for us. The food and staff there were amazing too! Villa Patria is a little gem! Can highly recommend!

The apartment was fantastic, and the location was perfect for us. Our host was in constant contact with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The apartment has a beautiful view of the lake and lays really comfortably in the hills. We loved the peace and quiet with the views. The terrace had plenty of space as well as chairs, a table and an extendable sun awning that provides shade. Inside was also very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook.
