Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. It was an exceptional experience. The hotel location is in Meggen 12 minutes away by bus to Central Lucern. The view, the cleanliness and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Miss Leean. Good food and breakfast The hostess was caering and attentive during all morning encounters. we enjoyed our time at the hotel. It is recommended if you don't mind the stairs.

Absolutely amazing specially the staff and management. Patrick was so helpful and attentive with a welcoming attitude and good sense of humour.the hotel itself is clean and in a quiet area yet it is still within close proximity to shops and restaurant. A bus stop is in front of the hotel that goes to the old town of Luzern. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

The HERMITAGE Lake Lucerne - Beach Club & Lifestyle Hotel is tranquilly situated within its own grounds on the shores of Lake Lucerne, only 4 km away from the city centre with beautiful views of the... all! I apreciated the birthday cake in the room; what a surprise!
