The absolute highlight, however, was the location and the unforgettable view of the lake and the surrounding hills! Simply breathtaking, and I will definitely come back, whether alone or with friends. It was a fantastic stay with a wonderful feeling all around. The reception staff are simply outstanding! One day ,when we returned to the hotel, it was a little past the order time. The hotel staff still provided us with dinner for the guests. Thank you very much.

Smeštem u nekadašnjem Domu zanatlija (Guild Hall), Hotel des Balances ima živopisnu lokaciju na reci Rus u srcu Starog Lucerna. Wi-Fi internet je besplatan. Number of nights - 1 Room type - Queen Room Pros: 1. Room - the room is clean however is very small. It has all the amenities you require, however if you have 2 suitcases, it difficult to open it :) 2. Bathroom - clean and spacious 3. Staff - very friendly. The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening. 4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views. 5. Breakfast - it was fresh and tasty. 6. Value for money - a bit at the expensive side but it is due to quality and location.

Staff at reception were so kind and welcoming. They were also answering my messages prior my arrival very fast, i was able to receive my Luzern visitor card for free transportation right on time. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved having the Coffee machine in the room. Hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop.

Objekat Berghof Erlebnis AG nudi pogled na planinu, besplatan WiFi i besplatan privatni parking, a nalazi se u gradu Pfaffnau, na 47 km od znamenitosti Rimski grad Augusta Raurica. Very nice and quiet accommodation in the middle of nature on a tourist trail, still within 10 minutes of a bus stop, providing the possibility to get to a bigger city and railway station. I also enjoyed rich breakfast, drinks and coffee available 24h and friendly staff.

Great place, very clean. The hostess was awesome. The location was in a housing colony, little away. Tain station at 8 mins, Lucerne Central Station 15 mins by car and 8 minutes by rail.

Great breakfast and the bathroom was new and modernized after a complete renovation of the hotel. I loved this place and will stay there again.
