Bathroom and shower were very good and spotlessly clean. Because of our travel plans, we didn't have breakfast but the garden/dinning area was also very well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a 10+ for the location, staff and ambiance. Illiana was so helpful and sweet. She was so welcoming and kind to us and gave us info and a map, checked up with us and was the best! It felt like a little paradise tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. The staff were incredibly accommodating. Everything was spacious. Even the hotel's restaurant was delicious! We will definitely go back or recommend to our friends and family.

This was the only property we stayed at in Switzerland with AC thank goodness. It was also in a good central location in Lugano. The room was very clean and comfortable and also the beds were wonderful and we slept very well. Self check-in was easy and efficient and the hosts were responsive. We were able to get to Valle Verzasca from this location which took about 1.5 hours. 100% recommend!!
