Staff/hosts would respond to our concerns. Staff offered us a complementary stay on our next visit, just to mitigate against the effects of the outages. This was an excellent display of good customer care, which we will always remember.

I requested a room with a pool view, the team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, despite my room rate being lower than expected. This gesture speaks volumes about the Hotel's commitment to customers satisfaction. The Hotel itself is exceptionally clean and the atmosphere is calm and serene, making it an ideal destination for those seeking adventure and relaxation. The staff are warm and welcoming, ensuring that guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. Location: 7/10 While the Hotel itself is excellent, the location scored a 7 out of 10 for me. Overall, I highly recommend Pinorich Hotel to anyone looking for a tranquil and adventurous getaway. My overall Experience is a 10/10.

They pressed iron my clothes for free and washed and clean my car for free though I provided them a Tip for the great services.

Just remember - this is not fancy European hotel and neither it's pretending to be one. But it has just everything what you can need. If you can't find it just ask around the locals - the will know :)
