The views are stunning, the room is cozy, comfortable with all the amenities you need, including a washing machine and detergent. How to get to the reception? - at the main entrance of the building use the right side door (next the small convenience store and dumplings restaurant), go up 1 floor using the escalator, turn right and you will find the reception next to a small local restaurant. They don't speak English, which is very common in Chongqing, they have translator app but I recommend you to download Baidu Translate App also. Staff is very nice and friendly and you can communicate with them daily through WeChat App to request cleaning/mentainance. . The rooms are located by the lifts area, where is a big desk with security, that area is accesible by the main entrance using the big left side door; but they will guide you to the lifts. The building is in a nice area, with great cheap food, a small streetfood market at night in front of the building and great restaurants, 24h convenience stores everywhere, pharmacy etc. You can easily walk to the main attractions, use the metro system or order a car. All in all, a great great stay.

Wir hatten eine super tolle Zeit, die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich, bemüht und haben ihre Hilfe angeboten, wo es möglich war! Wir haben eine außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft erfahren und sind dafür sehr dankbar! Die Mitarbeiterinnen sprechen gutes Englisch, sie helfen einem, sich in der Stadt zurechtzufinden und geben einem Hinweise auf Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch haben sie für uns einen Tagestrip zu den „drei natürlichen Brücken“ — der Karst in Wulong — organisiert. Alle waren immer sehr freundlich und es gab ein tolles Frühstück jeden Tag. Wir haben am Ende sehr Wertvolles über die chinesische Teekultur kennengelernt — Teezubereitung im Gong-Fu-Stil. Es war sehr informativ. Auch durften wir außerplanmäßig, aufgrund einer Flugverspätung, ein bisschen länger im Hotelzimmer bleiben und uns noch ausruhen. Vielen Dank für alles! Für Touristen aus dem Ausland ist dieses Hotel ein super Startpunkt, um sich Chongqing oder allgemein China näherbringen zu lassen und ein temporäres „Zuhause“ zu finden. Denn man kann sich auf das Hotelpersonal verlassen und wird durch die freundliche Kommunikation beruhigt, denn man ist im Wissen, dass sich hier jemand kümmert und sie in jedem Fall Englisch sprechen; denn niemand spricht in Chonqing Englisch. Es fühlte sich an, als besuche man entfernte Verwandte — wunderbar!

Eine sehr hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Chang, die mir sehr geholfen hat ohne Google Map sich in der riesigen City zurechtzufinden.
