First of all, I didn’t realize that Cruz Roja means Red Cross! So, not only you're staying and enjoying your trip, but you’re also helping others at the same time. Secondly, the staff there are amazing people—warm and welcoming. Even though I don’t speak Spanish and they don’t speak English, we were still able to connect and understand each other. The location was perfect for catching an early morning flight since it’s close to the airport. Although, the town itself is quite small. Room was super clean and comfortable. They have AC, wi-fi and provide a tasty breakfast. I would love to stay there again someday.

Casa amazilia is a recently renovated guest house in Leticia, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, open-air bath and garden. Amazing hosts, warm welcome, super comfortable rooms, quiet, great home made breakfast and a super chilling swim pool to cool off in the morning or night! We couldn't ask for more. We stayed there before and after coming back from a jungle trip and it just felt like coming back home. Highly recommended!

Cabañas Yakuruna has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and restaurant in Leticia. There is free private parking and the property features free airport shuttle service. Room was large and comfortable (upon request at arrival I received a room away from the street), staff was nice and helpful, showed me in the morning the entrance into their garden for great bird watching. Pool was refreshing, wifi worked sufficiently also for skype.

This means you really are in the middle of nature and far away from any noise (except for natural Djungle Sound ;-)). The hut is fully equipped with toilet/shower, a cooker, sink and drinking water. Diana prepares very tasty fresh food on request. All in all, we felt very comfortable and safe. I would recommend spending at least 2 nights there and enjoy nature and tranquillity!
