We got a free upgrade to the balcony room with a jacuzzi ..from.booking.com. huge room, stocked with free water, coffee, tea. Huge breakfast included. Superb view of the mountains from the room, balcony, and outside the room. The bed was huge. Everything was very comfortable, super clean and gorgeous.

If you are traveling by car, parking in inside the building and confortable to park. When checking in it was a misunderstanding (regarding my residence), and I was charged taxes as if I lived in Colombia what is not not the case. The hotel made all efforts to correct the situation, and the extra amont of money was returned very fast. it is really a great option for Medellin, and no doubts I will stay in the hotel next time in Medellin,
