Don’t be put off by the fact that the hotel is listed as a 2-star—it is definitely much more than that. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with large, comfortable beds that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The view from the room was breathtaking. Breakfast was a feast, offering an incredible variety of choices from fresh fruits and pastries to hearty hot dishes. Overall, the combination of friendly service, great comfort, and outstanding food made this experience truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation in Troodes mountains.

The staff are warm, professional, and always happy to help. Just a short walk from Platres village, it’s the ideal place to unwind and enjoy authentic Cypriot hospitality. Highly recommended!

An absolute gem for those seeking peace and a break from the hustle. This place offers tranquility, star-filled nights, and is perfect for dreamers needing to unwind—even with two small kids. We enjoyed hiking, the pool, darts, and table tennis. Fikardou village is charming, with an authentic cafe serving wine from a pumpkin. The host was amazing, incredibly friendly and helpful, making it feel like a family visit. Highly recommended

Rifugio Retreat Bed&Breakfast er staðsett í Kakopetria, 8,9 km frá Adventure Mountain Park og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði og verönd. Excellent stay, the bed was so comfy and the room very clean and quiet. And the breakfast abundant and complete, very varied! Many thanks to the very kind and helpful staff, I wish I could have stayed longer.

Absolutely loved everything about Thymises Boutique Hotel. The room was incredible and the restaurant was amazing. The staff was incredible from their warm greeting to the farewell. I highly recommend!!

This property is perfect for a quick getaway and peace of mind! This is what we needed and it was more than enough. The staff were AMAZING! Soft spoken, kind and with a warm smile on their face. The room was as seen in the pictures, the bed was comfy and the view lovely. The slippers and the complimentary wines were a nice touch. The have a in house restaurant that operates in the evening hours and that was a big advantage for us as we just wanted to relax and not leave the hotel.

This apartment has every appliance you might possibly need, it is spacious and comfortable. There is a small car park in front of the building. The area is very quiet, you can listen to the birds and trees rustling in the wind the whole day, amazing surrounding. Close to the main road, easily accessible by car and good location for further excursions in the mountains. Easy self check-in.

This was by faaaar the best stay in Cyprus. The hosts were AMAZING! The place is magical, as soon as we got there we felt so sad we had only booked one night. My recommendation is stay longer! There is a lot of nature to visit around and the place itself is ideal to get a book a good wine and relax.
