We were amazed by wireless charging and modern bluetooth speaker units (also included in the mirror of the bathroom) - owner's advice on where this modern unit can be bought will be highly appreciated :). Cozy bed, fully equipped kitchen, friendly staff and perfect location for a tourist or anybody who wants to use public transportation instead of renting a car. Every transport is close to the hotel - Metro, S-Bahn and bus. We will definitely visit Rioca again!!

It was the perfect accommodation, clean and fresh-looking. The staff were polite and very warm and super nice. The apartment had all the equipment and accessories necessary for everyday life. The rooms have thick triple glazed windows, so you basically do not even hear the trains passing by. The food store “Lidl” is located just a five-minute walking distance from the accommodation. The apartment has its own dining place and there is also a very good Italian restaurant and cocktail bar just around the corner. Parking is possible in the spacious underground garage for a reasonable additional price. The trains to Eibsee and to the cable car Zugspitze station depart from across the railway.

Beds were comfortable, room was a great size, location was close to cafes & train station. Staff were very helpful when we extended our stay by one night.
